3D XYZ Raster points/Total path does not correspond with real tool path. It corresponds only with 2D (rastered dimensions). Z-axes is not included in the calculation. Therefore the real tool path is completely different for steeper surfaces.

Roman, you are right. The 'Total Path' length displayed in the POINTS –> XYZ INCREMENTS page is only calculated in the flat 'raster' plane (Usually XY plane) and does not take into account the Z (Sag) values.
To calculate the exact length, the program would need to test all the points in the toolpath. There is future plan to incorporate computation of exact toolpath value in the Analysis page in the upcoming release.
